problems with pairing bluetooth OSTC sport

hi I have a OSTC sport and I've tried pairing to different operating systems ie. iso Mac and iPhone and android but my devices won't find my OSTC any help plz ????????????

….same problem. My battery (1.5 V) status 51%. I tried several times. The last working communication was weeks before with battery status 100%.
Maybe I will try a new battery….
