Hi

I've tried to update my OSTC4 firmware. After several attempts, the update has started but stopped after 50%.
my Ostc4 indicates" RTE2.6 OS 1.6.0" on the SYS/info page but also "Please update RTE" in a flashing red on the first page.
But I'm now unable to get a bluetooth connection to try to update the firmware again; and I'm now unable to change the OSTC4 hour.
I've tried many times with subsurface (OSTC companion 3.2 BETA 1 crashes every time) and 2 different PCs.

How can I solve this issue?

The matching RTE (2nd. part of firmware) to the 1.6.0 is 2.9. So, that's why you get this errror.

Try updating with OSTConf (iOS) or "HWOS Config" (Android).

I've already tried OSTConf (with 2 Iphones) but the app does not see my OSTC4.

so :
on Pcs
OSTC Companion 3.2 does not connect and crash.
Subsurface has connected once but, since the "failed" firmware update, does not connect now

On Iphones
OSTConf (with 2 Iphones) does not see my OSTC4 when I scan
Subsurface connects from time to time with the OSTC4. I've been able to download my log book to the mobile app.
Can I update the firmware with subsurface mobile app?

If not what can I try?
