OSTC Sport - issue during one dive

Hi,

I got an issue w/ my OSTC Sport during one dive :

Starting my (second, in the morning, approx 40' after end of the first one) dive, I thought my OSTC was still "OFF" --> I switched it "ON" by pressing both buttons at the same time. During pressing, I saw the standard diving screen (means my OSTC went "ON" w/ depth at the same time) but too late to stop my pressing movement.

And so, the screen (pic below) appeared directly and not able to unblock the OSTC. After my dive, I removed the battery during a few seconds and everything became "OK" ; just this dive not stored, and time shifted from 2 hours, approx duration btw it went blocked and removing the battery. Nothing wrong after.

W/ the latest SW 10.76 updated a few days before.

Any idea about ?

Thanks.

Hi,

Can you post the "Information" page 1 from the "Settings" Menu?

Regards,
Matthias

Thanks for the information. We'll look into this. From the image I don't think that this is a software issue.

Matthias

Hello,

I recently saw this once on my OSTC 2, running hwOS 3.21. I don't remember the full context, it was during a shallow open circuit dive ; entering a menu solved the trouble.

16 dives later in CCR mode, did not see it any more...

Kind regards.

Mine also did exactly this the other day. I managed to exit the weird overlaid mode by pressing a combination of the buttons which I think essentially was bringing up the little dive mode menu and exiting it. It then worked normally for the rest of the dive.
