End of pandamic, I dust off my OSTC4.
Try to upgrade via iOS version of OSTConfig,
First FW part successfully uploaded then reboots, but it not be able to second parts update.
Same on Android HWOS Config version too.
* UI breaks
* Infinitely(?) download mode enters
The only different between iOS and Android is...
iOS : less then 10 minutes, then alerts me successfully upgraded. during OSTC still malfunctioning...
Android: About 2 hours, still upgrade in progress( yes, OSTC4 still infinitely enters/exits download modes ) -> AFTER 2 HRS, SCREEN EDGE WHITE GLOWING SIGNIFICANTLY GROWING UP...
Finally, progress bar completed.... but OSTC4 system information still 1.5.1/1.0.0/2.0.0

Hi,

Try the update via the OSTC Companion or Subsurface (Desktop) in this case. No need to send you unti for an update

I'm in very limited environments.
Windows 7 32bit, iOS, Android

I downloaded companion 32bit version, it can not be selectable 'OSTC4'
and this version can accepts '.hex'
If I force to upgrade, 'Cannot upgrade: Bad HEX line'

SubSurface got got several errors too, anyway upgraded successfully.
