hwos 3.21 bluetooth issue

Hi there,
after updating to new hwos tech 3.21 I can't download the dive data anymore.
I used to transfer the dive data (the graph mainly) to my mobile phone using subsurface mobile on my android phone.
But after update to version 3.21 subsurface mobile still connects to the OSTC but does not find any new dives.
I tried reconnecting the OSTC to the phone.
I also tried connecting the OSTC to my laptop. But I could not establish a connection wo the OSTC.
Any ideas?
