My OSTC is not responding to magnet reset whilst charging . Matthias has responded to my emails etc but as im in Scotland there appears to be a problem returning unit to Germany as customs bounce it back to me .
Has anyone got a way around this , I am reluctant to give up on this unit as its hardly had any use . Its my second one , my first SN995 died when pressure sensor expired after 11years

Might be cheaper flying to Basel with Easyjet droping the unit off in Freiburg and fly back, than sending it by Royal Mail.
At least you know its arrived

I ended up contacting Deep Ideas here in the UK
Dave responded quickly to my enquiry . They offer a return service to Germany should they fail to get the unit to wake up.
Perhaps something to bear in mind for anyone living outwith the European Union and coming up against same issue.
