Compass calibration FW 10.85

Hi,
i have an old OSTC sport and updated firmware to v10.85. After update the compass doesn't work anymore, it's stuck on a course independently how I hold it. Compass calibration does not fix it, calibration values are maxed out.
Thankfully I could restore the previous firmware v10.82 which works fine.
Any ideas?

Idem sur OSTC 3 #2430 avec v.327_FR_3_cr_ostc3_firmware.hex !!!

Hi,
Is your hardware string (information menu) 1A80-0305 or 1A80-0306? There seems to be an issue with the oldest generation compass chip (pre-2014) with the latest update. Once we have unserstood this we'll post an update, of course.

Can confirm that the compass is broken in 10.85. Also Hardware 1A80-0305.
My OSTC2 is fine with 3.27, but that's a later model than the ones mentioned in the
other thread. (93D1-3206)

The new 10.86 has this bug fixed. If you don't have an old OSTC sport or one of the early OSTC 3 you don't need to update if you are on 10.85 already.
