OSTC 4 freezing and Bluetooth issues

Hi,
After a long time I took my OSTC 4 for dive(s).
1. While trying to setup cc / oc gases computer freezed few times - had to wait until it powered of automatically.
2. My first idea is to update darn thing but bluetooth does not stay on. When enabling bluetooht in settings the check mark disappears after few second. Bluetoot device is not visible in laptop (windows) or mobile (android).
Anything I could try?

1. Tried hard reset (charging + magnet) -> no help
2. Tried reboot + right button --> boot loader --> bluetooth device not visible
