Hallo zusammen,

hat noch jemand Probleme mit dem OSTC 5 und Subsurface?

Bei mir:

* Verbindung klappt
* OSTC geht in den Bluetooth-/Downloadmodus
* Download startet scheinbar
* dann bricht die Bluetooth-Verbindung ab und der OSTC deaktiviert Bluetooth selbstständig
* es werden keine Tauchgänge importiert

Passiert sowohl am iPhone als auch am PC.

Bereits probiert:

* neues leeres Logbuch
* „alle Tauchgänge herunterladen“
* neu koppeln
* Neustarts
* Subsurface neu installiert

Firmware und App scheinen aktuell zu sein.

Selbes Problem übrigens mit der divelog App am iPhone.

Kennt jemand das Problem oder hat eine Lösung gefunden?

Update: mit einem anderen iPhone funktioniert alles. Woran kann das liegen? iOS Nutzer sind gefragt..?

Maybe it has something to do with the language settings on the device you're using.
Here in the Netherlands, we're unable to update the OSTC5 using any iPhone,
whereas updating the OSTC4 has always worked without any issues.

As a temporary workaround,
updating the OSTC5 with an Android device works perfectly with our local settings.

Updating is No problem! Only download of dives in the logbook… But Thank you
