ostc3 battery level measurement error

After about 10 dives in warm water, the computer shows 0% battery. Previously, the computer worked fine; I could do 30-40 dives on a single battery. I haven't updated the firmware. I always use LS 14500 Saft. It's not the battery's fault; I bought them from different distributors with a recent production date. After removing the last one from the computer, which was showing 0% battery, I measured it with a voltmeter and it read 3.5V. Is there any way to fix this?

I have a similar problem, at the end of a dive I had 33%, which was why I tried to charge the computer with its own charger, but it didn’t work properly, instead of charging the charge level got lower. Because I thought the charger was broken and I charged the battery with external charger. When putting the battery back into the computer it showed 0% charging level.
However the battery level I dived a couple of dives all the time the battery level showed 0%.
Now, when charging with the computer charge it looks like it doesn’t charge at all.
