Firmware 3.38

Hello.
Firmware 3.38 won't install. The download only reaches 93%. I tried installing it using the OSTConf app. (iPad and iPhone)

Hi,
For information, I updated yesterday my 2 OSTC to 3.38 & 10.99 with an iPhone 15 and OSTC Conf (V1.4 build 1.61, last update) and it worked fine.
Maybe check if your Apple and OSTC Conf are updated ?

Latest update on all of them.
The update for the OSTC 2 is failing.

I guess the best solution is to email to HW w/ all information about your OSTC (SN # & HW ref.)

In the past, when I was not happy with the new FW, I had downgraded my OSTC more than once successfully.
