I am currently looking to change my current dive computer, and am considering the OSTC mk II.
I have two questions, I've tried searching the forums but not found the answers.
1. On of the configurable items is to display average depth - this is a great feature! But can the average depth be reset during the dive?
2. What happens if your ascent varies from the computers deco schedule? Does the computer lock out? Do you still get full deco information?
Many thanks in advance for the replies.
OSTC Mk II - Questions
Re: OSTC Mk II - Questions
One more question, it's also great to be able to see seconds in the dive time.
Can this be used as a chronograph? Can the seconds be reset as a stopwatch?

Re: OSTC Mk II - Questions
Hey Andy,
1) I'm not sure but I don't think you can reset the average depth
2) computer never locks out!

Steve

Yes.

There's no lock-out and you still see the deco informations. Keep in mind that these will not be correct anymore when violating the deco model!

Steve/Matthias - thanks for the responses, that pretty much seals my decision (until I change my mind... again!).
