New feature - safety stop for non deco dives

Sometimes we all do (well, at least I do), light dives, where there is no deco obligation. It would be nice to have a CF parameter to enable optional safety stop in such case, that could be parametrized with depth/time (eg 5/5'). Once enabled, it could show stop where there is deco stop displayed in a normal case.
