Deco methods ... no difference?!

Hi,

I just got my new Mk.2. Really nice computer. Tomorrow I will take it under the surface for the first time.

I have been playing around with the simulator and I have the follwoing question:

I did a simu-dive 45 m, 31 min, Tmx 28/28 + Eanx50 + 100 % O2. I did the simulation with OC settings for both ZH-L16 and ZH-L16 GF (default GF settings).

Both simulations gave exactly the same deco profile (same times at same depths ... I can give more details if needed).

1) Is the GF methos and the "standard" method the same for that depth range, or ...
2) does the simulator not use the set deco method, or ...
3) something else ;-)

Best regards

P

I think your depth maybe to shallow for GF to make anny affect.

Hey. I got my OSTC yesterday. After playing with the simulator i also noticed it didnt quite output what i was expecting. It seems to me it totaly ignores the active gasses and only uses the primary gas. Maybe that could answer your question also ....
