Problem with the left button and with deco time....

Today : dive at 81 m, 15 min, PPO2 1,2, TX 10/50, Firmware 1.15....
1. I had only 19 minutes as TTS..... I find it's a litlle bit short

Do you think it could be possible to implement the gradient factor in the calculation ?
2. I had no response with the left button. It seemed to be blocked. After the dive, without gloves, it appeared to be blocked pushed. I had to pull it a little bit and now it works.....
Regards
Corona

Hello,
Thanks for your post. The gradient factor decompression will be added in a future firmware, currently you can only decompress with the manual GF method (the GF is displayed under the depth reading).
We finally got some springs that are more then three times stiff then the currently used. If this button problem persists we will replace the spring at your unit. The buttons will require more force to push them so this would be recommended to those who regularly dive >80m only.
Regards,
Matthias

I'm having the same issue with my left button.
On dives below 50 meters the left button get stuck and will not free by itself even on the surface.
I have to use some sharp tipped tool to unblock the left button.
The right button is stiff on depth but functional and the right button is returning to normal on the surface by itself.
If there are more units with left button problems i believe it's an issue with the left button bore.
Maybe there's a different tool used for the left and right bore.

Hello,
Both holes are made during the mold process. Since a very clean surface is required we enlarge both holes with our CNC mill to 4.05mm. I'm sure this issue is related to some housing deformation in the depth together with too weak springs. We're awaiting a report of two users with the new and much stiffer springs.

Matthias

Hello!
I had the same button problem at a depth of 50m. it was not possible to push the button until I used a tool to free it.
Is it possible to change the spring by myself or shall I send the ostc back to you?
Best regards
SAM

I've got the same case this morning as I tried to switch gas on ~40m...
but I already knew this problem, because I readed this post before
so it took me 20 sec. to pull it back, and it worked normally for the end of the dive..

this week-end I dived twice on the wreck Haven ...
twice I had to pull the button back (with teeth) to be able to switch gas...
I believe that a Swiss-Germany-Swiss is on the run for my computer...
Or is it possible to make the repair at home ?

Hello,
There are still a few OSTC with the old springs and we replace the springs for free, of course. The OSTC must be opened to change them, I recommend that we do this here at our place. The unit will be returned on the same day we receive them.
Please contact us directly:

Ich h?tte doch mal in der Schule englisch lernen sollen.

Ich habe auch das Problem mit dem linken Knopf bei TG tiefer 50m. Bisher hat sich der Knopf aber bei ca. 20m wieder beruhigt. Aber heute hat er mir das Pumpenhaus II in Wildsch?tz ?bel genommen und lie? sich erst an der Oberfl?che wieder gangbar machen.

I recieved mine back on Thursday...
1? the buttons are a little bit harder to use...
2? what a desapointment :this time there was no Haribo bears with !!
As compensation someone replaced the window wich was scrached...
I tried it on Saturday, , I didn't have any problem to use the new buttons... even if they look harder, in fact, it doesn't do any difference underwater...

So you send the unit in for the Haribo bears and not really for the stiffer springs?
I see!
Actually my unit is also working perfect now with the new springs up to 90 meters so far.
