OSTC 2N and connect to computer ?

Hello
I have problem to load the logs out of my new OSTC 2N First, I had big problems to get it at all
Installed
all things from Jdive Program
and CDM20814_Setup
Now I tested it again and then charged only one out of the dive profile, though I have 5-6 dives in the dive ..
I'm running Windows XP
Grateful for advice.
when the dive computer will charge the battery stack the yellow line?
