hello mathias,

today, I 've tried to update my firmware. Again I had no connection with the OSTC.
The Tx on te interface was shining but not the Rx. I've got the same problem with the jdivelog BUT I can read th data on the OSTC.
I am not very happy because I hav to go on holiday the 1st of november.
I'm sorry to say that but I think that the interface and the update procedure is not very reliable.
What do I have to do ? Do I have to send the OSTC back again. It begins to be very expensive...

Michel, very disapointed diver :(

for info, with the Import OSTC tool, I can, for instance, write a custom text on the OSTC.
I think then that the contact is possible with the computer...
Does it help ?

Hello

I have a OSTC comming from InnoDive
The computer doesn't recognise it.
I would like to download the 1.31 but after downloading the driver, when i connect the OSTC,first i got a message that no driver was available on my computer, and asking if i wanted to find on the WEB.Then, i tried again, the computer doesn't react, there is even no message.
It already did the same when Nikolas from INNODIVE TRIED TO DOWNLOAD THE 1.29.
He sent the OSTC to you. You sent it back with the 1.29 , then i never tried to connect it to the computer, not to download a new version.Only the blue light is ON on the interface.
So i don't know what to do now.

Regards

Dan

Hello Dan,

The bootloader does need a driver for windows which can be downloaded here: FTDI Driver Executable. After installation you can select the port from the bootloader. Follow this step-by-step instruction on how to update: Wiki - Interface

If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask!

Matthias
