Can't find anywhere where to download Bootloader v2 there is some bug on your page for sure...

Choose OSTC 2N and click on "PC, MAC and Linux Software" at the right.

On the list there is only version 1! no link for version 2

Maybe you are using french language? In that case the Bootloader V2 link does not appear, switch back to english or german.
