Can someone help me clearyfy how to use the operation depht in the gas list.

ex diving CCR

gas (ccr) 18/45 0-60m
(CCR) 18/45 60-0 m

Bailout gas on oc (only used if I have to leave rb)
18/45 60-21 m
50/00 21-6 m
100 % o2 6-0 m

What operational depth should I set for the 4 gases?
should the bailout gases be active?
-----------------------------------------------------
new ex (oc)
21/00 AIR as travelgas 0-10 m
10/50 10-80m

10/50 80-21m
50/00 21-6 m
100 % o2 6-0 m

What operational depth should i set for the 4 gases?

Note: the gases are not optimal chossen for the dives, but more so I can understand the use of the operational depth when I hopefully get answers

Hi,

just set the depth to the MOD of the gases and activate the gases you are carrying.

I understand the operation depths now. Just one follow up question.

If I am diving CCR and RB gas is 18/45
and my bailout gases are
18/45
21/00
100 o2

And all the gases are aktiv as recomended above. How will deco stops be calculated(information shown in the screen direct during the dive).
Does the ostc show the deco info for the ccr mod (completing the hole dive on rb) even if the bailout gases are aktiv?

What happens when I bailout? Is the deco info shown assuming I will use all the activ bailout gases or is the deco info calculated only the present bailout gas ( and previus use bailout gases)?

As long as you stay in CCR-mode the deco and TTS will be calculated according your PPO2 ( and diluent ), when bailing out and switching over the OSTC to bailout it will recalculate the deco and TTS according the OC gases you've set active.
