Hello Matthias,

Some questions about CF11 and CF12.
- First, is it right that changes in both of them will result in more / less ceiling
time ? Some of the wiki pages (http://www.heinrichsweikamp.net/ostc/pm ... anual.CF12) suggest that CF12 will only change time of desaturation between the dives (and not during the dive) - which I find pretty strange...
- And then: why choosing one or the other to change duration of the ceilings ?

Hello Olivier,

The CF11 and CF12 influence the saturation and desaturation behavior of the B?hlmann Model. Saturation processes are normally 10% faster and desaturation is 10% slower then designated from B?hlmann. That gives a safety margin. Tweaking CF11 and CF12 does not directly influence your last deco ceiling. CF12 does affect the desaturation during your dive, as well.
