I have a suggestion about how to improve the custom view area.

I really like the function and that so much information can be shown there. The thing i miss, however, is the possibility to choose what information. Some of the displays can of course be turned on and off by CF:s but others are always part of the loop, making us having to click thru them to shift between the information we want to see at the moment.

My preferred functionality of the custom view would instead be that it had it´s own settings menu -like gas setup list. There we could activate/deactivate ALL the displays but also number the order in which the information is shown.

I for example would like it to start showing CaveBail and next click to be Stopwatch, i don't need the other displays. Others might like it to start not showing anything but then want to go directly to FTTS and next click EAD/END. Yet a third person might want it to show only current time and nothing else, and so on...
With my suggestion everyone can not only have the customview of their choice, they will also have an easier way to access and change these settings depending on the dive.

Does anyone else agree with this idea?

Did you set CF38:Show Seconds from 0 to 1? This will show you
the dive time in Minutes:Seconds - and then you don't need the
stopwatch

I actually use the stopwatch to show me different average depths and different timeintervals between specific distances in the cave. But i guess that is the beauty of the customview, the information can be used in many ways and a function that is useless for one person can be important for another. I just wish there were an easier and better way to choose and arrange what information you want to see.
