OSTC Planner - Volunteers for translation wanted.

Hi,

The OSTC Planner is going multilingual. I need a pair of kind volunteers wanting to make the German or the Spanish translations.
To give you an idea, It took me ~ 1h to do the French one, and it needs probably ~1h more for proofreading.
