OSTC MK 1 starts diving on surface

Hello,
yestreday as I came back from an ice dive I starded my MK 1 to have a look at the battery. As I pushed both buttons the OSCT went into divemode with 0,7m depth.
I waited until next morning, but still diving
After "hard" reset I got the following message:
jAzCBB. 13 10
128 48 0 0 128
128 0 0 65 0
Current Version 1.7
the dive took place at 1600m
I started it after the dive at about 650m
After reset an loading batteries today I made an other Ice dive at 929m.
Started MK 1 again after the dive at 650 no problem ...
