Hello,

I have some problems with my MK2.

Indeed for a few weeks, some times it need to be connect to the USB to start, after it's ok during the dive.

Other one. today it write me the following message :

Reinitializing....1Fc&`qb.167 19 32 136 38 0 130 33 10 84 68.

Could you say me what it mean and is there a solution without send it back.

Maybe a battery issue? Can you open the battery compartment and check for any unusual?

The start debugger is only useful if the OSTC restarted out-of the diving mode. From here, I'd say we should try a new battery first. Can you email us, please: info@heinrichsweikamp.com ?
