Possible bug in Gaslist?

Hello!
Looks like it is bug with Gas activation/deactivation menu during dive:
When Gas set with 0m depth change it couldn't be enabled during dive - Ok.
When pressing right button in try to activate/deactivate this Gas colour still blue (deactivated) – Ok.
But when exit and then enter into Gaslist, that Gas could be shown as activated (white or red)...
Am I wrong?
