Hi, I have an ostc2 tek and an ostc2 tr and I tried to update the firmware to version 3.07. it works but when i connect using companion 3.0 it doesn't let me set the name and logo. What can I do? Thanks

Hello. I have 2 computers an ostc2tek and an ostc2tr. I updated the language in Italian and the firmware 3.07. When I connect using companion3.0 and select ostc2, it allows me to update the firmware but not to set name and logo.
What should I do?

Buongiorn. Ho 2 computer un ostc2tek e un ostc2tr. ho aggiornato la lingua in italiano e il firmware 3.07. Quando collego utilizzo companion3.0 e seleziono ostc2, mi permette di aggiornare il firmware ma non di impostare nome e logo.
Che debbo fare?

Hello, I upgraded my OSTC 2c to firmware 3.13 but llora not charge me more than the battery.Mi have written to reset all settings, check CF74 and set it to 1800 then load the 'unit completely.
