problem charging the battery

Hello, I upgraded my OSTC 2c to firmware 3.13 but llora not charge me more than the battery.Mi have written to reset all settings, check CF74 and set it to 1800 then load the 'unit completely. Unfortunately I do not know how to control CF74 and set it to 1800 could someone kindly give me some help? I would also like some advice on what to Please install for data exchange, Diving Log or JDiveLog. Thank you.

Go to Menu -> Setup -> Custom Functions III -> CF74 -> Default
