I have just updated to the latest stable (3.11) and was pleased to see the AutoSP functionality, and tried this on the simulator - switches on the descent but not back on the way back to the surface, is this the intended functionality?
My CCR (Inspiration) switches both ways? Guess this would mean ...

Ok, tried a magnet and BootLoader 1 and have recovered (phew)
Problem was caused by Bootloader 2.0 I think, when I try a web download
I get a message

After successfully updating my OSTC2n many times with new firmware, I have just tried to update from 3.0 to 3.02 and am stuck on the 'Bootloader Please wait' screen, been there for 15 minutes!

Re: New firmware 2.28beta
Think I may have missed something? I have the 228 beta from HW and the safety stop starts at 6m?
How is your recompiled hex different? Does it have the CF to allow the time at the safety stop to be adjusted?
If so, are there any plans to merge these changes into the main code?
Thanks

If you tell me which version you want, version 2.21 or 2.28beta? and send me your email address I can compile an Italian version for you and send it to you?
Best wishes

Re: Wishlist for FW 2.28+
Just installed 2.28 beta - English version - the right hand button (eventually) shows
BSat: 110%
BDes: 90%
Last: 3m
I get the last stop depth, but what are the other two figures?? My gradient factors are 15/85 so it isn't those, but I thought that this used to say GF_hi and GF_lo??

Re: New firmware 2.27beta
I have been following the discussion(s)about the 130m limit - and totally agree that if the sensors are rated to 120m (as well as the decompression calculations) then it seem sensible not to ignore this?
However, if anyone does not agree with this, why do they not simply disable this shut off in ...

Re: New firmware 2.27beta
This is intended for Nakatomi - if HW doesn't want to revisit the safety stop discussion again, I can generate the firmware adjusted for a stop of 3-6 or 4-6m for you if this is helpful?

Same for me - 2.26 beta seems to work fine, and the safety stop countdown is behaving as intended in the simulator.

Yes, I tried this last night and this also worked for me, looks like the initial 'On' indicated needs toggling off and back on as you say - although when dropping back to 10m the count got reset as HW indicated - ie started from 3 mins again, not from where it was before IIRC

Strange - I tried this and mine doesn't work in a simulated dive either! Perhaps I will try again tonight - I am not going to use it anyway but am curious
Off topic but I would also vote for 10 gases for what it's worth
Keep up the good work

I have been doing a little experimenting and it looks as if using the Bootloader v2 'web update' gives an error message saying 'Could not access site information' but still creates an empty update file 'webfile.hex', which I suspect I managed to upload to my OSTC (not paying attention to what was ...
