1.6.5/3.20 - Logbook problem
Hello,
after upgrading my OSTC4 unit to 1.6.5 with RTE 3.20 I can see first page of logbook entries, buttons Back/Enter/Next work fine, but pages do not change when moving past last logbook entry (6th) on the first page. Sorting also looks a bit weird.

HWOS config and 1.5.6 firmware - bluetooth disconnet
Hello all,
Has anyone managed to update firmware to 1.5.6 using HWOS Config ? It seems it never gets past 40% on my phone , then computer disconnects. Looks like bluetooth has some heatbeat or keepalive timeout and just disconnects when phone is stuck sending data.
Best regards

Restore battery charge in Reset->Maintenance also does not work , even though it correctly remembers my unit to have been at 83% prior upgrade.

Upgrade to 1.4.8 - no date/time
Hello
after upgrading to 1.4.8, it is no longer possible to set date/time. Niether with OSTC Companion or directly on the unit. The unit also shows 0hPa and 0 Celsius.

Hello HW team,
as you know - I have been struggling with recharging my new unit for quite a while. 3 different charging pads (2 green ones, one black), two different wall chargers (3A each), charging time from 44% to ~100% takes about 10 hours. That's completely unacceptable. Each time I returned ...

Re: Charging OSTC 4
Matthias,
would it be possible for your guys to create the back plate for the unit, with a hole (a full hole, not indentation) in it for the charger ? Properly located, properly finished etc ?
I am willing to pay for it, just to avoid all those small charging issues.
Best regards
gorcio

Re: feature request: better display of ascent and descent speeds
+1, for both ascent and descent, with configurable thresholds like in OSTC2 for alarms. Also to be nicely included in the big font mode (whatever you call this mode ;-) )
In short - what was in OSTC Mk2/2 was already very good, but now there is a bigger real estate of the screen to enhance.

Re: Disappearing/re-appearing deco
There is no log output.
It runs the update, then displays a message similar to wait to let OSTC finish or something alike. Then the unit reboots, displayes RTE update, text like "decompression data will be lost", progress bar, reboots and that's it.
I can record video tonight and put on youtube to ...

But it does not install ! How can I make sure it is installed, if the installer does not succeed ? I have tried multiple times with 1.1.8, and the RTE is never installed properly using OSTC Companion.
I can re-run the installation as many times as I want - the RTE does not get updated.

Effectively it shows 1.1.8 firmware, and RTE as 0.00 (font 0.9 if I remember correctly).

Re: Disappearing/re-appearing deco
So ...
tried to upgrade to 1.1.8 .... keeps asking to update RTE to 0.93. Multiple firmware updates - still keeps asking.
I went back to 1.1.2 - lost all settings, there is a red message "cold start" displayed under the date. What shall I do with it ?
An explanation would be helpful.
