Re: OSTC Planner - new decompression software.
I've the same problem as PeterK. Other applications (tinybldWin and DivingLog) connected to my OSTC via USB reported as COM24, but OSTC Planner reports "Connecting COM24 FAILED: ..." (and for other COM ports too).
My environment is Win 7 Pro SP1 64-bit.

Desat diagram
On last Friday after dive I had this desaturation diagram. Numeric value (lead tissue saturation percentage) was 80%, but some lines/tissues was longer - up to (about) 100%. As I understand - lead tissue is a most saturated tissue and numeric value should have been 100.

nakatomi is right, this problem still occurs in 1.83 version too, but now average depth begins to decrease after more than 3 minutes (for my example: GF model, 90 meters depth).

Re: problem with the depth reading
Difference between 1.00 and 1.03 salinity settings is 3%, difference between 48m and 54m is around 12%. I think that salinity calibration is not a main cause of this effect.

Surface mode: when the altimeter function is OFF, we have a blank place between CF values and tissue graph. It is a bug?
It requires one press more to go to the next function.
Set Altimeter: Maybe new fuction to quick (re)set sea ref. to current pressure value? Useful on sea level.

I'm new user of OSTC and I don't know previous versions of firmware. If GF's disappeared on main screen - is't a bug or intention?

You are right. I still think that GF's values are fundamental information (for OC GF model).

Hello Mathias,
definable custom text or menu on ENTER button in the surface mode - both ideas are the shorter way to show and check critical settings than wander around in the all menu. ;)
In my opinion static custom text isn't very practical function and here is a place for a new ideas.
