Nope, but u could "Follow a Topic" by selecting the relevant command in the Options Menu at the bottom of the messages. You get a mail when the topic has been updated. You probably figured that out by yourself.
Its not quite the same as a RSS feed.
Maybe HW might want to have a look at RSS feeds?
