Name for gas

It would be create to be able to set a name for a gas, so that in the profile / logbook it says instead of "Change to G3" -> "Change to CUSTOMER NAME"

Hi,

where does OSTC say "Change to CUSTOMER NAME"?

As far as i can see, OSTC shows the Gasses in O2/He Form.

I guess that poisontooth wants to have "EAN50" instead of just "G3", for example...

Like your OSTCTools does - it converts "G2:50/00" to "EAN50" for the profile reader...

I know what poisontooth wants, but my question was, where in OSTC Firmware is it as described?
In OSTC you see the profile with all the gasses on top. The gasses are labeled i.e. G2:21/35 and the only change is a change in the color of the profileline.
I never saw a label "Change to G3" in my OSTC.

Thats why i ask.

Yes, but I would like to give it a personal name e.g. mod31 instead of G2

Ok, but can you give any example where this would be useful?

Hi mathias,

I would like to name it for the different stages this can be useful if you use same gases with differns cuffs, also to see this later in the logbook which stage has been used.
