2.65 simu findings

Hi Folks
Minor finding with the simulator in 2.65 ...
When you run a simulation, the title "OSTC Simulator" does not go away and the indicator "Wait..." is superimposed on it.

On the same note:
When you call up the "Cave Bail." display, and then call up another display, the leftmost pixel of the text "Cave Bail." is not erased.
