Problems connecting OSTC 3 to Pc

Hello,

When I connect the Ostc3 to pc, and after installing the drivers from ftdichip.com only recognizes the program "OSTC Companion".
The OSTC planner, the log Diving, nor recognize the Ostc3 confing OSTC.

The screen goes into usb mode Ostc3 and shows starting ... done.

What could be the problem?

I uninstalled several times the drivers and I reinstalled. The computer is windows 8.

OSTC Planner does (not yet) support the OSTC3.

Do you know ig the "Diving log" or "Ostc Confing" Works with Ostc 3

I only can work with "Ostc Companion"

OSTC3 functionallity is not yet implemented in OSTCTools.
But it's in progress.

I'll drop a message when it's finished.

Do you know that programs Works whit the Ostc3 to export the divelog?

I´m now trying to "Macdive" program in a Macbook_air ando it doesn´t work. in the Ostc3 I can read "Download mode enable" but in the Macbook_air displays the following message:"failed to read dive computer memory". I have selected the port in advanced setting and te correct dive computer.
