I was installing the latest software
Today when it just stopped
and screen went black
Now it won't even turn on,it won't do anything
I have tried the magnet reboot to no avail
Has this happened before??

Upgrade errors can be fixed at your place easily.

Especially the section "If you have firmware <1.90:" and the "Comment 2":
If the Menu entry "Reboot OSTC" is not available (e.g. a wrong firmware has been installed), the reset can be triggered with a magnet on the back of the OSTC Mk.2. "Reboot OSTC" and the magnet have the exact same effect on the OSTC Mk.2
Make sure to use the bootloader v1, not the v2 for this procedure.
