Either a question or a suggestion depending on how dumb I am

Post by Jean-François »

I have question about setting up Bail out gases when diving CCR.

Today I carried 2 BO (NX29 and NX80) so I did set up my gases as follow :

Nx29 active, first gas, change depth 0
Nx80 active, no, change depth 10m

So when I circled my parameters before the dive (right button), under the BO field, I only see G1 29/0 and not my second BO. I see it on the next right button press under gases.

1) Did I do something wrong ?
2) if not, wouldn't it make more sense to have ALL the BO under the BO field ?

No big deal really just a consistency idea.

BTW I didn't check if the deco calculation in case of a bail out situation, took into account both gases or not. I would assume that it would have.

Hi,

Your first BO is shown under "Bailout", Bailout 2-5 are shown on the next page.

Thanks Matthias,

wouldn't it make more sense to have all BO show under BO ?

Just an idea, nothing major though.

Yes, but there is only room for four lines on one page.

Too bad :) but it explains it then. And since I know now what to look for, I won't be surprised anymore.

Thanks Matthias
