Problem with upgrade firmware ostc 2c !

I try to update firmware on my ostc 2c but the computer is allready blocked with this message "Botloader Please wait" from 4 hours !

Please Help me !

The bootloader program show this message !

The ostc 2c is blocked !

The LED shows purple and blue intermittent light !
