CF65 Show safety stop
CF65 Show safety stop
How deep shoul I go to see the safety stop after reaching CF71? Below CF73?

Re: CF65 Show safety stop
By that I don't mean resetting the safety stop counter, but fo the first time.

Re: CF65 Show safety stop
One more thing, is this time related? By that I mean, how long should I stay below CF 73 to "activate the stop"?

Re: CF65 Show safety stop
I'd like to report that in my unit regardless of settings safety stop hasn't been displayed.
CF65 - on
CF70 - 3:00
CF71 - 5,9
CF72 - 2,9
CF73 - 10,1
Dive done depth.:16,2m, avr.:8,71; time:74'
No safety stop shown during the dive. I'd be grateful if someone could check the behavior of their unit and post results.

Re: CF65 Show safety stop
Hi.
What I found is that the values set via OSTC 2N differ from those which I've downloaded via OSTC-tools. That's probably the very problem.

thats strange.
Can you use OSTCDump, read the data from your computer and post the files something.bb0 .bb1 and .bb2 here?
Thanks

Re: CF65 Show safety stop
Hi Nodekh,
i suggest: dont dive with your settings the cf are weird.
CF69 for example should be a 0 or 1 (true / false) is 32766.
So please do a
Reset CF, Gas Deco in your OSTC menu!
Do not write the these values you have posted back to your OSTC!
You can download the resetted Values with OSTCConfig, modify and upload the values to OSTC.
Regards
Rob

Re: CF65 Show safety stop
After resetting, downloading and uploading everything seems to be ok. I've checked it with simulator. Safety stop shows at setted depth. Thank You for help.
What is awkward, I did nothing but set previous values via ostc unit, not external software.
BTW, OSTC Tools is great software. I've seen it before, but thought it is only in German. Thanks.
