I use "Diving Log 5.0" and "profile" displays a one field in which is yellow / orange.
Is this an indication that there is one "deco" dive?

You mean the yellow line? Yes, this means you were in deco during this period.

The yellow line in the depth profile is your deco ceiling. It shows that you were in deco and also the first stop depth (3m in your image). Here you can see how it looks when there are more deco steps:
