Can one adjust the sensitivity of the side buttons?

Post by jgl51 »

Under water, with dry suit gloves, I seem to have problem to activate the right button (confirmation of choice made with left button).
Is there a way to make this button a bit more sensitive or is there a trick??

V2.74 made the buttons more sensitive.
If you are having problems with one of the buttons then there might be a problem with the button

OSTC 6123, V3.0, perfect battery
Issue: Recent lost sensitivity in the cold (in and outside the water) at <6°C.

Can also be provoked using the refrigerator/freezer.

Could it be because of the last update from 2.9 to 3.0 just before Xmas14 (since then I've notified the problem) or is this an issue with the bottons comming with age?
Thank you

The buttons do not age but we had (unfortunately) buttons which were not good at cold temperatures. Please contact us directly, we can replace the button at our place.
