OSTC 2C NEW but no pc connection need help

i just receive my new ostc 2c N° 9076
i can't use ostc tools for adjust the setting.
latest ostc tool / usb driver ok
here the message of ostc config when i want read ostc data

message acces violation
press OK to ignore and risk data corruption
press cancel to kill the program

have you a solution?

bonjour, je viens de recevoir mon nouvel ostc 2c
je ne peux pas utiliser ostc tool pour personaliser les parametres.
j'ai la derniere version de ostc tool et j'ai reinstaller les drivers usb.
les messages de ostc config lorque je veux lire les parametre de l'ostc :

Quelle version de Windows ?

bonsoir,
j'ai installé ftdi driver.
apres un test sur linux l'ostc fonctionne.
cela doit venir de mon windows version 7 64 bit.

une mise à jour sans doute.

si tu as une idée..

Ich geb die Lösung mal auf deutsch, vielleicht kann sie jemand übersetzen:

OSTC anschließen wie gehabt

OSTC anschalten !!! mit den Tasten

wenn OSTC im Obeflächenmodus, OSTC tools starten

dann funktioniert es.

Kurzfassung:
Bei der Benutzung von OSTC tools muus der OSTC eingeschaltet sein.

I try it myself

The OSTC must be turned on (surface mode) when (before) using OSTC tools.

"Access violation" while trying to conncect to a sleeping OSTC ist a known bug.

need to instal fdti with compatibily programm help of windows.
read and write OK.
why when update is done battery logo is blinking?

This is normal. Check CF74 (Default is 1800) and completely re-charge the OSTC and the blinking will stop.

in short, i have here a limited wlan and no access to my sources.

Can you tell me what com port you are using?

The problem with cf74,
You can solve this veary easiely.

When you have all your settings done (in OSTC),
Download your settings,
the go to File -> set as default.
Its a problem with a wrong cf default in OSTCConfig.

or
When you have all your settings done in OSTCConfig,
go to File -> set as default.

You have to repeat this step at least when there is a firmwarechange with changed or new cf.

With this step, your personal OSTC Configuration is loaded by default in OSTCConfig.
