Hi

I recently bought 2 units of OSTC computer. We took the dive computers for dive trip in Bali.

Both dive compute are using 3.6 V battery.

After 8 dives, one of the dive computer display went blank. We tried to change the battery using a new standard AA battery. When the battery is in place, a red indicator came on for a few seconds and then went off, but the screen remains blank throughout, We managed to take a photo of dive computer screen with the red indicator; the photo is attached.

The same replacement battery when used on the other working computer power up as normal.

Upon returning home, we put in a fresh 3.6 V battery, but the dive stills does not boot up. (red indicator come on for a few seconds, then went off. Dive computer screen does not turn on, i.e no heinrichs weikamp logo at all)

We are looking for any help/suggestion to recover the dive computer. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Already fixed issue. No answer here does not mean the user gets no help. In most of the cases they write emails in parallel to forum posts...
