Dead OSTC 3

Hi.

I have 2 OSTC3 computers, I checked both before going on a trip and OK. When I arrived the next day one of the computers will not start. I had spare batteries which I have tried but still no luck? Any Advice please? The computer has only done 29 dives.

Hi,

Please try to attach the unit to USB power with a battery installed.

Is the red LED on the left side blinking one times (After about 10 seconds)? Are you 100% sure the battery is ok (>1,1V voltage)?

Many thanks for your fast response.

I can't see the red blinking. I have tried a few new batteries and no luck.

When I plug it into the computer companion it says 'readByte error'

Hi together

I hav the same problem with my OSTC Sport.
The computer will not start and after a battery change, I can see a red LED for about 3 sedonds.

Any ideas or help to get the TC running again?

Mein Sport ist nach dem auslesen der Tauchgänge in Subsurface tot. Er reagiert auf nichts mehr. Einlegen einer neuen Batterie (Saft) ist ohne Erfolg. Die rote LED leuchtet nach dem Einlegen der Batterie nach ca. 10 sek für ca. 5 Sekunden auf. Dann regiert der TC auf nichts mehr.
Was ist denn da los, dass der im Trockenen den Dienst nach dem auslesen versagt.???? #356

My Sport is dead after downloading dives in Subsurface. I see the red LED after about 10 seconds for 5-6 seconds. What is to do ?
