OSTC3 - not an OSTC3 (BT) and USB connection

Hi,
I'm trying to upgrade my OSTC3. I finally get connected on both computers runingo on WIN8 and WIN10, but I have same problem.

OSTC3 stay connected, but an error has been rejected: "Not an OSTC3" - on OSTC Companion

[Yes I did double check, that I have OSTC3 ]

On OSTC3:
Starting ...Done
Service mode enabled

Please help me.

Second question. On my user manual I have explanation how to connect OSTC3 via USB port...but my OSTC has no USB port - ?

Please help me again...

Try Win8 first, there some (Microsoft) issues in Win10 currently.

lastest Companion? "OSTC3+" selected (+ means Bluetooth).

WIN 10 I got connection, but have problem with write. I think it's becouse in WIN 10 I can't see separated ports/function of read/write via BT.

WIN8 connected, updated. Works 100%.
