Just received the OSTC2 from deep ideas this morning. It sort of worked at first, but the right button was really hard to press. This afternoon, I went to the menu and tried to adjust the button. First I adjusted it down, it did not make a difference. Then I adjusted it to 100% and now it is impossible to press. Is there a way to reset it?
This is going to have to go back....,beginning to wish I'd got the Shearwater instead.......

Wrong forum, but anyway:
100% is the stiffest value. If the button is now longer useable now, just cool down the unit in the fridge (It's much more sensitive when it's cold) in order to access the menu. Reduce setting of the button to a lower value (like 20%). Confirm the menu. The new settings are applied then.

All sorted out now. The unit was faulty, so Deep Ideas sent me another one. Both buttons now work fine, and exactly the same
