Sport Accesories - x4 screws for backplate

I need to replace two of the 4 bolts on the backplate as I have worn the heads and on the HW site shop a set of these are E7-50 yet postage to the UK is E16-50.........How, Why? Surely this is excessive by any standard as these 4 bolts are tiny and light so what is wrong with an envelope and a stamp?
I am sure that all this could be covered by the initial E7-50 charge????
