Surface Interval: 00:00

Post by Florent »

Hi,

My surface interval is stuck at 00:00

I tried:
- Charging the OSTC fully
- Updating the firmware (from 3.11 to 3.13)
- Reseting the settings

It hasn't worked so far.

OSTC 2C n°8988

Help would be great :)

Cheers,

Florent

Hi,

Try a real dive. Or reset the "Deco" from the Reset Menu.

Tried both (I dive in a swimming pool almost every week) but didn't work :/

Hi,

Now I get the "issue" here... Displaying 00:00 is normal when there is no saturation left. As soon as you are completely desaturated (No Desat-Time) you'll see the constant 00:00...

Oh ok, it would make sense I guess (although something else could be displayed in that case maybe?).
I'll have deeper dives in May so I'll come back here to confirm if it was that.

Thanks a lot,
