Hi Guys.
I have an OSTC that has done about 60 dives that now has a faulty button. I always rinse off with fresh water after diving, I have tried soaking it over night in fresh water but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? Many thanks, Matthew

Re: Faulty Button on OSTC3
Hi,
The buttons work magnetically (So dirt or salt will not affect them). What you can try is remove the backplate and flip the button by 180° (All of this has no impact on the sealing of the unit). If this does not help, please email us directly: info@heinrichsweikamp.com and we'll ship you a new button asap.
Regards,
Matthias
