Eneloops in OSTC sport?

Afternoon all,

Currently looking for a new dive computer and strongly considering the OSTC Sport.

I was wondering if anyone has used Eneloop AA rechargeables in the Sport? I already use these quite heavily in my inon strobes, so seemed like a good fit...

Hi,

We don't recommend 1,2V rechargeable batteries for the Sport or OSTC3. They work but the margin to a shut-down OSTC (~0,9V) is quite low and the battery % display is made to work with 1,5V batteries.
