Hello JP,

I also have a mac and sometimes the same problems with connecting.
Firmware updates I do with OSTC Companion as it seems to work perfectly.

With the subsurface app I also have problems but not every time.
I just keep on trying and sometimes it works.

Do not know what the problem is.
